This exhaust fan is appropriately sized for most smaller to normal sized bathrooms. The installation was very easy and the design is pleasing to the eyes. Go to your local Lowe's to compare Sones ratings but 2.5 is fairly quiet.

The installation was easy and not too difficult. The lamp looks very good and enhances the bathroom. But the reason I purchased this was for exhaust. and there seems to be hardly any suction but the tubular fan that it has.. I am very dissappointed by its suction. My bathroom is 8x4 and its pretty small and was amazed that this fan cannot exhaust the vapours. Hence out of my two purchases I returned one and left one since its already installed. After about 2 months the fan is now making weird noises... I think the motor is not a reliable one...
The construction seems ok and will last no more than 3 years. I think Panasonic exhaust fans are the way to go but they do not come with a designer lamp/light.

While any bathroom fan would be a pain to replace, this was no exception. However, the product itself is great. The fan is quiet and does an adequate job of ventilating the space. It appears well made and is as pretty in person as it is in the pics. Highly reccommended.
