This is a high quality, sturdy, and very clear mat. As another review stated, this is a rectangle, without the tab that is designed to go under the desk. Thankfully my desk is plenty large enough for me to still slide the mat between the legs. I would advise you measure before buying to be sure your desk is wide enough or, if it isn't, think about whether or not you want the legs up on the mat.

1st this item does not look like the image. As you see in the image there is a spot made for under the desk. This item is a complete rectangle.
2nd this came to me so wrinkled I am clueless to how to make it lay flat. With past mats, I knew I was going to have to "make" it lay flat, but all my past mat came rolled and it made it easy for it to eventually lay flat. Not this, its a big wrinkled mess, my chair can't even roll on it.
