We bought this humidifier after doing lots of research and at a time this one had the best rating we could find. Surprisingly the isn't a single humidifier that people really like, very odd. Ok so for a good things, looks good on a bedroom table, it's not too bulky, but fits enough water to last through the night. Have lots of features/menu options, that a very easy to use and understand. Humidity reading seams to work very well on this one, and has a clear display. But the main reason why we bought this one is that you can fill up water from the top. Plus it's very easy to clean.
Now for the bad things. We owned a different humidifier before, but it leaked time to time, so we had to changed it. However this one is not exception. We had it for about 5 month and it leaked 4 times through the bottom for no obvious reasons. We always turn unit off before filling the water, so it's still a mystery to me why it did it. The other worst thing, is that creates this white dust everywhere, in particular on a glossy surface, it is super annoying to clean that every day.
At the end we are shopping for a new humidifier. Yesterday it leaked again, so it's going to the dumpster.

My nose and throat is so comfortable with this.
My baby does not get a cold anymore. I'm so happy about this choice.
It does not make my carpet wet or make any stain on the carpet.
Good enough capacity for a whole night.

I was in the search of a good reliable humidifier that had several criteria and this seemed to meet all of them at a reasonable price:
1. Easy to clean: This humidifier has several components (filter, water reservoir, vapor tube, tray) They are all easy to clean. Other humidifiers I researched looked just as straightforward to clean. However, I wanted to avoid using evaporative humidifiers since I was concerned about pet hair finding its way to the vent assembly. This humidifier seems ideal for a pet owning household
2. Digital and adjustable relative humidity display
3. Manual and automatic operation with variable fan speeds
4. Quiet Operation.
5. Easily refilled. This humidifier has a top filling option.
So far I am very happy with this product. I'm a big proponent of domestically made products. Unfortunately this is not made in the US as some of the evaporative humidifiers are but I am satisfied with the purchase.
