I have put in brand new hardwood floors in my house and was happy to receive my mop x5. I used the first one they sent me it worked fine within 2 weeks after I received it. Then it stopped working and no steam. I sent it back and they sent me another one, same situation, sent the second one back they sent me a third, but the third one did not turn on at all. I got tired of calling and going to the post office to return these items. This is my last draw. I am sending the third one back and hope they give me back my refund. This is the worst, DO NOT BOTHER SPENDING YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I was so excited to get my H2O Mop X5! It got to me in a reasonable time and it works extreamly well. I have used it to clean the stove....not self cleaning..ugh...but with the attachments made my life easier and cleaner. Also cleaned the restroom with it...I had more build up than I thought....but now it is gone! =) I also like the way it cleaned the floors in the kitchen.

You should wait a little bit if switching componenton the H2O Mop X5....the pieces like the head or secial attachments will get hot. I didn't have a major problem with the length of the cord...a little longer would be nice....but it is not a deal breaker. I did have to fill it a few times, but not that much of a heart ache for me. The cleaning plusses are well worth it!

We recently bought a house that has not been cleaned thoroughly for a while. So I started using the handheld part of the steam mop to clean bathrooms and kitchen cabinets... especially all the little groves and corners that you would hardly get into with even a toothbrush or Q-tip came out completely clean. I even wiped down the bathroom walls with it. I am not so convinced with the handle. When cleaning floors the whole thing feels wobbly and I am not so sure how long before it breaks.
